Quarto amplo e silencioso, banheiro grande e ótimo chuveiro. Check-in e check-out rápidos e eficientes. Ótimo espaço verde e muita natureza. Piscinas boas e limpas e boa variedade de alimentação em todas as refeições. Valores das bebidas são um pouco fora do padrão, mesmo para um resort desse nível. Talvez um all-inclusive, com adequação no valor da diária, possa trazer uma melhor experiência. O som ao vivo nas áreas fechadas (bar e piscina coberta) esteve sempre muito alto, comprometendo o descanso, conversas e bem estar.

Resolver o problema do ruído
O lugar é incrível, as refeições, limpeza, atendimento, tudo perfeito, mas tivemos um problema com nosso apto. Ficamos no 3208 (parte superior). No nosso primeiro dia a água do chuveiro estava apenas "morna", não esquentava. Até ai Ok. O problema maior no nosso apto foi um problema de ruídos provalvemente de encanamentos, vibração... Durante a noite isso fica insuportável pra dormir, já que de minutos em minutos vc escuta esses ruídos e "rangidos". Do restante não há do que reclamar do local.

Melhor opcao na região.
De maneira geral foi uma ótima estadia. Limpo, novo e organizado, comida boa e atendimento simpatico. Unico ponto negativo crítico e que como devido a características da agua do hotel ela fica é meio escorregadia, então o box do banheiro deveriam ter anti-derrapantes, meu filho de 2 anos quase caiu varias vezes e tive que fazer uma gambiarra colocando toalhas dentro do Box.

Experiência muito agradável
Instalação novas, modernas e tudo muito lindo. Internet pega em todos os lugares. Pode-se usar as dependências dos 2 hoteis (Lagos e Jardins). Fomos com outro casal e sentimos falta de um lugar interno, com mesa, para jogos. Estava muito frio no lado de fora. Nos deixaram usar uma mesa, mais distante.... no restaurante, mas não é o local certo.

Não volto mais no Jardins!
Fiquei decepcionada com o Jardins. Sou cliente do Lagos e não consegui um quarto, optei pelo Jardins. Há uma disputa acirrada por guarda sol porque não há nem um pouco de sombra. Meu carro ficou 4 dias no sol esquentou tanto que o forro do teto descolou. O Spa tive que ir todos os dias no Lagos pois o Jardins não tem. O meu quarto era razoável mais a vista era para a cozinha e lavanderia. Cerveja só lata, odiei, pois no Lagos sempre tinha longneck. Todos os dias migrei para o Lagos pois tinha atração como música ambiente o tempo todo. Super animado, fresco e atendimento excelente. No jardins diversas vezes na piscina coberta ou no espaço bambu tinha que esperar surgir um garçom com vontade de atender. As toalhas da piscina ficava muito longe de tudo. O roupão que aluguei veio encardido. A comida razoável também, o chef que fazia a tapioca demorava tanto que pessoas desistiam. Até barata tinha no quarto em cima da rack. Colchão desconfortável. Por essas e outras se não tiver quarto no Lagos da próxima, eu não vou em nenhum. A estrutura do Jardins pode ser bonita, mais é inviável e deixa muito a desejar.
