「Customer service first class without exception. Property was grade 1 listed and was very comfortable, with lovely facilties including access to spa. Special mention to Doreen, Grace and Olivia who served us breakfast and evening meals. They were very friendly. Professional and helpful. 」

「I had an overnight stay while I was in the area for business. The hotel is very nice. My room was a good size for one, and had everything I needed. The furniture is a little dated and shabby compared to the public areas of the hotel, but nothing to complain about. The pool is a good size. The gym is quite small and I imagine quite uncomfortable if too many people were using it at the same time. I did not have breakfast, but dinner in the bar was very nice.」

「I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got.」
