"This may have easily been our favorite stay of our entire European Christmas Market trip. Felt more like home or a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Guesthouse is very appropriate. Walking distance to just about everything and when it wasn't there was great public transportation or Uber. Breakfast was amazing and they even had a honor system for cold drinks. "I was due to arrive on Friday 27th Jan due to my 11 yr old son collapsing at school and being diagnosed with a serious heart condition I had to cancel the trip. The hotel refused a refund and when Expedia approached them on my behalf, they did not answer their phone or e-mails. Terrible customer service."

"Our stay at Villa Alma was remarkable. Sophia was an absolute treasure as the manager of the property. She was there for check in and a tour of the facility, and became our friend during out stay. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, courteous and kind. The food was amazing for breakfast and if we need some food at other times. The access to the lake, and all of the facilities were perfect. Best stay we could have imagined. We would come back again without question."
