"We stayed the night before our return trip to the USA. For a hotel by the airport, it was perfect! The beds were comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet too, we opened our window to let some cool air in overnight and really were not disturbed by outside noises. The hotel sits at the edge of a neighborhood and so it's a little tight getting in and out of the hotel by car but we were able to find food nearby for one last dinner in Zagreb and it was delicious. "This hotel was in an exceptional location in the city center. All the major tourist sites/activities were within walking distance. Lobby and room were clean, had great customer service at the desk and restaurant, and the continental breakfast was excellent. Was a great deal for the money!"

"Dora at check in was great (also she responded to my email query prior to arrival) Breakfast was better than anticipated. Hotel has an unassuming exterior but inside was very modern. Only issue we had was the room's bathtub was extremely high and difficult for seniors to get in and out of. The bathroom was luxurious and high-end fittings but a shower would have been so much easier and safer for us. Access from airport was easy. "Comfortable enough although there were some irritating issues in the room. Main one being the safe! Impossible to manage with one hand. Ceiling looked unfinished. Very little space for tea/coffee making. Coffee was awful. Tiny fridge didn’t allow anything to be brought in. TV “encased” wouldn’t allow personal devices to be hooked up to it "

"Everything was fine except for the restaurant I ordered a $18.00 euro steak which I was charged $50.00 euros. The waiter I don’t know if there was a miscommunication or he was just crooked the menu didn’t give an option on different sizes but when I asked he said that size was larger from 100 grams to 290 grams. "Comfort was NO AC as advertised and bed comforter was wrong size for bed.Asked to have AC turned on or a portable fan and owner said NO to both .We even offered to pay for a portable fan if they got one .Still NO .Dirty under furniture and lots of fluff under big dresser.
