「This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. Some of the staff (the waiter at the Bar) were very pleasant and others (woman at the front desk when I checked in) were not pleasant. 「Habitación amplia, sin lujos pero con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Realmente es una residencia universitaria y como tal hay que valorarla (en los 5 días de mi estancia nadie entró a hacer la habitación ni a cambiar las sábanas ni las toallas). Bien comunicada por varios buses pero alejada del centro. El lugar es muy tranquilo y silencioso. 」

「Loved the location, opposite the Campo de San Francisco. Easy to walk everywhere. Room was basic as per its star rating. Only issue I had was some neighbours were very, very loud. It's not the hotel's fault. Also, plumbing came through wallls, so i knew when neighbors were showering. Overall, I am happy with the hotel as I was out most of the time.」
