"Room wasn’t clean. Lots of stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Dirty shower and the water pressure was very low. They also would not store our bags after check out. Early check out at 10am and not being able to store our bags is super inconvenient. Our ferry was at 4pm but the earliest ferry was 12noon. So even with the earliest ferry you have to drag your bags around for hours. "

We would have preferred the breakfast (or at least coffee) to be available before 8 as we are early risers. We found the room very dark. "The location is fabulous. Directly on the main strip in front of the sea. Staff was helpful. After checking in the AC wouldn't turn on. Fixed that.. 2 hrs later it was still hot so a technician came and we went to dinner. Upon return at 1 am, it was cooler but not cold. So i let them know in the morning before heading out. When returned in the evening it was much cooler. The shower was not very clean..it had old stains. It was also very finicky.. usually scalding hot. I was on the 2nd floor......
