「Great location about 1.5 miles or a $6 cab ride to the malecon. Close to the airport 15 mins if there’s some traffic. The Versailles neighborhood is right up the street with a lot of options for food if you do not want to do AI everyday. Rooms were clean a bit noisy at night from the entertainment at dreams or secrets depending on the night but everything wrapped up by 11. Pools were clean and the entertainment staff fun and friendly. A bell rings at the pool when a whale is spotted if u r there...

「The staff are amazing. They work hard to ensure our stay was the very best. It appeared that the team enjoyed working at the facility and we felt welcome. There were a few members of the team who were exceptional. Wendy at the front desk. Ricardo and Areli in the dining areas. The facility was very clean. Thanks to everyone.」

「The location is great, with lots of places to walk to, but not as crazy and loud as the romatic zone (but thats within walking distance too!) The staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive. The only downside we found is that the pool closes at 7 pm.」

「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」
