「Customer Service is "IFFY" at times. Some employees that answer the phones for airport transport are quick to answer before hanging up. Another employee wrote our room Number on the Key card, but we couldn't read it. (Need some practice writing). We landed once on a Friday night, to find the bartender 'by herself.'
