It’s really hard for travelers to find the right place to check-in (get the keys) unless you call the house owner and wait for him sending staff to pick you up. In fact, the room is not located in the building which showed in Expedia intro photo (all the other way round…it makes traveller confused and inconvenienced especially...

「Was a little bit worried when see reviews about people struggling to get deposit back. Mentioned this upon arrival and they only took a pre authorisation on my card so no money was deducted. The place was clean, the oven didnt work but wasnt to bothered as we were only there 1 night and didnt really need to use oven. It was nowhere near as bad as what i was expecting from reading reviews.」

「I had a great stay at Charles Hope townhouse. This is a great location with the train available to travel to Old Trafford for a football game or making our way to the central retail district. Overall the property was clean, however had a few minor defects: - towel with holes and stain on them - mild stains on the bedsheet - stain on the carpet near the bed - washer detergent feeder has a lot of residue from previous stay. - dish washer has residue from previous stay - it had a funky smell when...
