「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「Mooie omgeving met Alkmaar, maar ook het strand en de duinen op korte afstand. Park ziet er netjes en verzorgd uit. Woning eveneens. Praktisch en prettig ingericht. 」

「if you go outside the room the view is really nice. unfortunately, they lock the window of my room, the temperature of the room becomes very high. I try to tell myself, it is a prison, don't ask for more. I am living right below the restaurant, it is very noisy at night. In general if you do not stay to long, 1-2 days, it should be a good experience.」
