「飯店大廳非常的明亮寬敞，辦理入住時因為我到達時離可check-in 時間還差了兩個小時，但他們卻可以提早辦理入住，當然這是在我的房間已清理準備好的房間情況下，但我還是非常感謝飯店的貼心服務！ 從火車站出來，即使拉著行李走到飯店也是不遠，只花快十分鐘的路程。飯店附近的餐廳也有中國菜，離公車站牌也是四分鐘，非常方便。飯店早餐我沒有享用，所以無法提供意見，我非常推薦這間飯店。」

「We loved Steam House. The room had real character and the location was great. There were 2 adults and 2 children and, even with 2 single beds and a queen size bed, plus our luggage, the room felt spacious and was well equipped. 「Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.」
