「The property and staff were great. Some of the amenities were hard to access or find. The ATM did not work. Nobody had change so I could tip staff. It seemed like a tactic.」

「Hotel not worth the money. Food was just ok and service regular. Prefer to go to a normal hotel and pay for my food and get good food. If your are a foodie do not try this hotel.」

「First of all the staff at this location is amazing! Very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a relaxing, zen place, this is right for you. If you’re looking to party and have fun, choose a different resort. All activities ended at 11-11:30pm. Restaurant closed around 9:30-10pm. There was no options after it’s closed. The place in general is very nice, but the rooms were outdated. When I first got there I requested one room, and was asked to return 2hrs later ad the room was not ready...

"En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten atención a las señales de no molestar colocadas por los huéspedes."
