「Just a one night break but was excellent. Staff are very attentive, food amazing and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The brasserie staff did an excellent job as they were also super friendly and provided super fast service with a smile as did the staff on the terrace . Customer service is very much alive at this hotel.」

Basic things like towel rail & toilet roll holder missing from room Jacuzzi had problem with chlorine way too high but not taken out of service... dangerous Food was excellent but restaurant service in the evening very slow. Staff pleasant but needed some training in how to wait on tables correctly」

「The accommodation in the annex was a little way away from town, but walkable. We arrived a bit early, trying to avoid the rain on bicycles - but staff were understanding and prioritised getting our room ready. Felt uncomfortable arriving by bike, as no options for storing the bikes were provided, and perhaps this might be considered as the location is on the Rebellion Way, which many touring cyclists are doing.」
