「Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade. Dining options in the restaraunt very good 」

「Good location, private Ghat, good service. Have stayed earlier and experience has been great always. However I have one suggestion that since many people visit Haridwar due to holding prayers , hotel should look at feasibility of this offering check in time of 15:00 hrs and check out time of 13:00 hours」

「My husband and parents went for a 5 day stay and really enjoyed this hotel. Service is wonderful, laundry and food are inexpensive, and the rooms were clean and spacious! I would stay here again! 」

「My parents visited after I booked this property for them without much idea of lrje area and property. As per their feedback getting their isn’t straight and area feels odd. Doesn’t feel like resort as looked so nice in pic. Property isn’t maintained up to the standards of the pic. and their service was just OK. 」
