Customer service at front desk, rude, impolite, unwelcoming. This property shouldn't be listed as pet friendly, pets are not welcomed in the "lobby" area, not even when you only want to grab a cup of coffee and you are the only one there. Only 4 rooms accommodate dogs, according to the ladies during check in. My room, reserved months before, was not available. I refused the one they were offering and after a lot of not by my side, miraculous my room became available. Did not go to breakfast because dogs were nor accepted on the lobby area, not even during check in, so I don't have an idea about meals served. Do not recommend to anyone who felt dogs deserve to be treated fairly. Most of the dogs who travel with their owners are trained. If an accident happens, the owners will have to take the responsibility. It is the first time my dog is unwelcome to a lobby area of a place "dog friendly." We, owners, pay extramoney for our dog, dogs are not there for free. Another think if you chose this hotel, you have to pay a daily $20.00 fee plus anther daily state fee. I'm never go back to this place, not even if they give it to me for free.
