「Very nice 」

「As the hotel was overbooked for 2 bed rooms- I was offered an upgrade to ocean view with king bed and pullout sofa. So glad I did. Gorgeous view. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. 」

「This Sheraton is in a nice central location in the island. It is very close to the Coconut Market and many dining options in Kapa'a. The staff are kind and informative. The beach access is perfect and the pool area very clean. The rooms are in need of a remodel and a deep clean. The hallways and elevator are really dirty. However if this is not a deal breaker for you, its a good option for most vacationing people. The restaurants onsite are good. The coffee shop onsite was not great. Go...

「We just needed a place for one night. It’s a little yucky in that the carpet needs help and our window was not clear needed cleaning and window wouldn’t open. No balcony etc. Room was clean. Had to pay a resort fee and a parking fee. There was coffee in the morning at the front desk which was good but cups were tiny. If I went again I’d take my own coffee mug. People were super nice who worked there. Great employees」
