「No complaints at all. Wonderful staff. Wonderful dinner and breakfast options. Pay the extra for the breakfast!!! Rooms were a tad small. If I stayed again, id pay a little more for the option above the standard room. Self check in was decent because we arrived at the same time of a large sports team, so that was quicker. It was very quite at night. I felt safe at all times. Only a few mins walk to Mandela Square.」

「We were booked in an Executive Room, however, due to an accident happened in the hotel (flooding in 3rd floor) they arranged us to their sister hotel under the same group. However, the new hotel was far from the central area where the original one just right next to the mall. Moreover, they put us in standard room instead of the Executive Room as I booked. In addition, they just booked us in the replaced one for one night and ask us to back to the original one the next day... it is really...
