「Called the night before arr to book a car park..the night manager said that he penciled me down for the last car park (20 nzd per night). Arr the next day, after 4 hours of driving.. the receptionist said the car park was fully booked and my name wasn't on the list. Was not happy abt this experience at all.. There were little pieces of rubbish on the bathroom floor when we enter the room. However, the breakfast was good.」

「The property was very quite and clean and the location is excellent. The main essential where there but no frils which is okay considering the asking price. Communication sometimes lacking as stuff are either not easily reachable or slow to act which caused us unnecessary anxiety.」
