One problem is that there is a unpleasent toilet smell when we first entered the room and lingers until the next day.」

「Perfect location - about 5 min walk to the old town. The building is very old, well renovated and modernized. Room was OK. When the shower was not used for a couple of hours unpleasant smell from the drainage was slightly disturbing. Air conditioning not effective even when switched on no air flow could be felt. Great staff very friendly and supportive. Good breakfast buffet.」

「Tolles Hotel von der Ankunft und Begrüssung über die Abnahme vom privaten PKW bis hin zum Checkin und Begleitung aufs Zimmer. Das Abendessen im Restaurant sowie Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Spa Bereich war ebenfalls sehr schön und angenehm. Die Bar sowie Terrasse waren super lecker und wunderschön. Wir hatten leider nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt, planen jedoch für einen längeren Zeitraum zurück zu kommen.」

「We loved to stay in Pradlelf my apartment, we highly recommend It! Our room was very nice, modern decoration , a small kitchen and large enough for us, The extra bed was confortable. downstairs in a very nice common living room. You can find for free coffee, tea, butter, nutella, marmelade and honey. It was a wonderful stay, we surely will stay again in Pradl Elf if we come backdoor to Innsbruck.」

「I am a solo traveller. I love the quality of this hotel and feel very safe in Seefeld. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. In October 2024 I had a room with a single bed. It was hard to sleep as it was so small but on my trip in March 2025 I had a double bed which made my holiday so much more enjoyable. The food is amazing as is the spa area. I would highly recommend any of the Kaltschmid hotels, I have been staying in their hotels for 25 years.」

「Location is quite good, 5-8 minutes to town. Good price for room and half board. Room is clean and comfortable with old furniture. Bathroom is small. Room could be upgraded with modern renovation. Service is good in reception and restaurant. Dinning room is nice and pleasant. 」
