「Staff helpful, friendly and professional. Solved double billing issue immediately. Ensuite very cramped, with wash basin in room, not ensuite. Otherwise all good.」

「If you want the mod-cons then this hotel is not for you. It is an old building with eclectic furnishings. The staff were amazing, the facility was easy to find and there is retail nearby for those last minute (forgotten) items. I was able to prepare a simple meal for dinner and a wonderful egg and bacon breakfast. We will be back.」

「We had a lovely one night stay in The Barn and would love to return in the future. This place is a gem! Private, beautiful landscape and very well done inside with high end finishes. Loved the brick walls throughout and cosy, yet high end feel. The jacuzzi tub with nice smelling bath salts and candles was very romantic. 「What an amazing place!!!!!! We only stayed one night, but wished it was so much more. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with beautiful smiles, stunning wine made by Le Mas and when we were ready a guided tour of the elegant property! The beds were like sleeping on clouds, everything was available for our stay. The breakfast was a feast and my dietary requirements were more than catered for. We will most definitely be back as it was probably one of my favourite hotels to stay...

「this Jacobs creek retreet is nothing to do with the wine Jacobs creek. the hotel is located quite far from the major road. room is relatively small. because the houses are very old, and close to the garden. there would have worms on the room floor. barth room is quite dark, though there is a bath tub. garden is very nice. owner is an old couple.
