「I went to Diss to see friends & colleagues. On arrival no one was there to meet me as I had arrived early. There was no way of contacting the proprietor. They were on holiday, their adult daughter & son in law were taking care of bookings/stays. I had to wait for them to come home from work. The son in law was the first to arrive and was friendly & apologetic. The daughter arrived and she was equally lovely. The room was so nice and comfortable. I had a fantastic sleep & enjoyed my stay. 」

「Comfortable stay once the heating kicked in. The hotel was booked in the premise that on Hotels.com showed that it had access to gym facilities. Upon arrival, it was explained this was not the case. We were greeted kindly and checked in without any issues - booking was already paid for online. Breakfast - a box breakfast was offered but was also advised we could go to breakfast at a different hotel. 「Welcoming friendly team, plans had changed and received a free upgrade which was great. Spacious clean room with good facilities. Well equipped gym and nice size pool are available to use. Hotel was very good service abs facilities. Regretted eating in the restaurant for dinner. Restaurant managers customer service questionable and main meal was not at the quality we would have expected for 2 AA rosette restaurant, hot breakfast also basic. 」
