「已經3星期內第二次入住此酒店,因為第一次感覺理想所以再預訂此酒店．登記入住方便快捷！晚上洗才发現乾衣机壞的不能使用,只可把濕衣服帶到地庫公共乾衣机乾衣.早上前台說后當日更換另一台乾衣机．此處理非常好．但固定之花灑頭頂之接口开水后噴水至四周,大门不能自動关上要用力才能关上,．風筒外壳手柄膠有黏手感覺．」

「The place is amazing and really well run. I’m no sensitive and they found me a room that has absolutely no noise. The comfort of the place is far above anywhere nearby. And the people who work there are just absolutely bending over backwards to support people staying. The place is really comfortable which not all of these apartment hotels are. The parking was easy to get in and out of. The cost of parking is way too high for where it is and it would be good if it could be included in packages....

「Everything is quite ok. Only free wifi provided is having very narrow bandwidth (relatively slow). Also, the mattress and pillows are too soft. Other than the above, very good service as they allow us to have early check in at 12pm without additional charges.」

「This is our third time staying at Seranin Gordon and we appreciate the facilities at the hotel. Our daughter and family live near and it is very convenient for visiting and also getting to the city.
