「住七天，但，用過的杯子沒有每次換新，浴室地板的毛髮，有次也沒清，只是換毛巾，擦洗手檯而已，其他都很好，櫃檯的接待人員服務態度很好。大廳很寬敞明亮。」

「Pros : Great welcome from Jack. Shown to room 3 which was a double en-suite. Perfectly adequate for us. Nice clean bedding and a clean shower and wc. The room was tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. A small compact room with a well stocked tea tray. The weather was lovely so it was great to open the window fully for a nice breeze. 「we understood on booking that water bottle was supplied in the room and breakfast available. Neither of these evident on check in. only for a call to the guest from ourselves to ensure they were ok was this issue identified.」

「This is above a pub 2 minutes from the station. Eaglescliffe is a nice place to stay though there isn't much around the station to look at. The hotel is a bit basic but clean and good value for money.」
