I spent two nights in room 335 (3rd floor) on 8/1/24 and 8/2/24, which overlooked the front entrance. The first night I thought that sounds were coming from the adjacent room and that there was a party, as there was significant noise of doors closing. I woke up at 2am and observed that doors were still closing, and had a difficult time falling asleep. The second day, I tried to go to bed very early in the evening as I was very tired while at work, due to lack of sleep from the previous night that resulted in my waking up at 2AM. I observed that the revolving doors at the main entrance, and the adjacent side doors, were the culprit. I could not sleep. On 8/2/24 I contacted the front desk, and a woman answered. I explained the situation, and was informed that there were no other rooms with king size bed available, and all available rooms were within close proximity to my room, so it is very likely that this issue may persist. I explained that I needed to sleep, because I had to wake up very early the next morning and check out by 6:30AM to leave for work. I further stated that I did not care about the bed size, only my ability to sleep. She told me that was the best that she could do for me, and to call back if anything else happens. I did not understand the logic behind calling back to resolve a problem, if there was nothing that could be done to resolve the situation the first time.
