「The front counter service was nice. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. Headboard could have been dusted but other than that it was really nice. Bathroom was clean but water took a long time to heat up. Toilets were outdated so it used too much water. The breakfast was inadequate. 「No kleenex in room. Every time we turned the tv on we had to go to back of tv to correct the source. It was defaulted to the wrong one. Poorly insulated. Could hear people upstairs & next door. The 1st day we asked for no room service. However the next 2 days we never got room service. Had to go get our own toiletries from the office. The room was very clean when we got there and smelled good. 」
