「Very friendly staff at St Leonards and every part of my stay was so easy. Food prepared and served quickly and the room was very clean. Only downside was if you have a room at the front of the hotel it becomes very noisy at night as the hotel is right on the A31.」

「We loved the Railway station story & the local History. The staff were friendly & helpful our rooms was welcoming & stocked well with towels toiletry’s the bed & pillows were comfortable & clean . The bar & restaurant were also clean & tidy . Evening meal and breakfast was very good.」

「Unplanned stay, since our original spot didnt work out.. It turned out to be a lucky break. The area, New Forest, is beautiful, with ponies roaming wild, and an excellent pub across the road. Staff were helpful and rooms comfortable.」

「Staff were great. Particularly one member of staff who was on reception when we arrived, in the bar when we came back later that night and then back on reception first thing in the morning. I cant recall her name but she was very helpful, extremely personable and a credit to the hotel.」

「在這個15世紀的建築內，電梯非常的復古只能坐兩個人還蠻特殊的，房間內的設施也還不錯，很有自己的味道，餐廳的服務生以及環境都非常好，裡面是英式早餐的自助餐。飯店外面就直接是大街上，可以去走走逛逛，旁邊呢還有兩個汽車的銷售中心，一個是法拉利一個是瑪莎拉蒂，可以看到很多很棒的車，又可以到新森林公園裡頭去走走。」
