「Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour. 」

「The photos of this hotel do not do it justice. We were in room 403, with a king and partial ocean view. There was a huge ocean view and a very large balcony that got full sun during the day and two lounge chairs to lay in. There was a a mini fridge, safe, VERY large Closet with a dresser inside. very modern decor with natural drift wood art and lamps, the room was 15 x 18 approximately so very large and spacious. 「Overall, everything was great, but however, checking in and finding the building is so difficult at first, but once you find it, you get the hang of it but the first night we got there was very stressful. 」

「Booked this place last minute and the staff were kind enough to allow us to check in early. Very nice place, very clean. Pool area was well kept. If I came back to Miami I would stay here again」

「The hotel property is quite lovely especially the Palm tree murals, may I buy these? Wowee! The front desk staff is elequent, however the bartender/ waitress was very upsetting she did not come for my dinner order. I felt it was because I was alone. Very hurtful also because I did not receive my $20 for dining. The parking charge with hotel charge is a a better idea. Guests expect to pay for dining so I delete that charge. 「Loved this cute little spot! We had a beautiful suite with a beach front balcony. Would stay here again in a heart beat! The bathroom was a bit of a low budget retro fit which is the only reason for the one lower score. But it would not stop me from staying here again. 」
