Dont stay here! Lier! Not honest! Worst hotel ever
Arrive 4-5pm On31/12.hotel said the room have problem. So he gave us the room in the next hotel name Gem premier luxury hotel. The hotel said that they gave us an upgrade to a bigger and more luxury room. Which is not true at all!!!!!!(pls see the photo1-4)This room is on the 2nd floor on the left side from lift. The floor wasnt clean, the wall paper and furniture was old, and the window is facing a wall!) After that we went directly to lobby to refuse staying in that room and request to cancel it. Hotel reply that we can cancel but they wont refund any money. Which was unfair! They said the original room we booked has some prob with water and hotel was full! I checked on the web and found out that they are still selling rooms in triple price! So we called hotels.com to change us to other hotel and callcenter need to call hotel to prove what i said was true. Then the hotel lied again that i was checked in and ok with the room they offered when i still waiting at lobby for more than one hour. I waited there for callcenter to call me back for another hour and no feedback from callcenter. I gave up and the hotel said they will give us a room in au co art (and said that it was an upgrade again! Which i think it was the room i booked at first but hotel want to keep it for others to sell higher price cos its 31/12) and he will move other customer to gem premier instead. We were so tired and disappointed so we accepted.no apologize, no guilty, no service minded at all.
