「When we first pulled in we were very confused where to go to check in. Property staff were all very friendly and they text on various days fun daily treats they are giving out such as hot dogs/chips, hot cocoa and piña coladas. There is a coded gate to get into the parking lot which made it feel more secure. It was very convenient having a full well stocked kitchen with dishwasher and a washer/dryer. 「As always a trip to Hawaii is amazing and during this, our second stay at HBR, we were very happy with our visit. Particularly amazing was the attentive, prompt and friendly cart service especially from Jaloni. He was a highlight and certainly Raffy and Wolf along with Ryan and the rest of the staff at Happy Talk made our visit so fun. We loved the views of Hanalei Bay and Bali High and our room was mostly comfortable. We could have used a few more towels more than just twice in our 2 week stay...
