「Overall it was ok. However one of my co-workers complaint about a housekeeping staff stealing money from his backpack while he stepped out of his room. He even had a do not disturb sign on the door, but she still went in the room. He even confronted the staff nember and asked her if someone went in his room, she admitted she did go in to clean it. He then asked her why if there was a do not disturb sign. She became very defensive. He reported it to the front desk and was told he had to wait...

「Walked into lobby to check in. Another couple had been there 15 minutes with no service. Rang bell. No person at the desk. Five minutes. I called the telephone number. No answer. I called again.
