「The staff were good, nice and helpfulAt the morning, all socket points in my room died. I called the front desk. Helpers were knocking my room within 5 minutes.」

「My unit was spotlessly clean, had everything i needed for my stay. Very comfy bed with a good amount of blankets to be warm and cosy. Heatpump in case you get cold but the unit was very warm. Motel is in a quiet location with minimal noise, the odd car going up the road but it was Friday night when i stayed. Good shower with good pressure. Location is perfect to easily get to Waikato public hospital or the private hospitals, or hamilton central shopping. This is very good value for $ and i would...

「Historical hotel in town but the faculties or rooms are not dated at all. Overall very pleasant stays. We stayed at apartment and regular room on two separate occasions, both are very clean and spacious. Lots and lots of restaurants and some souvenirs shops nearby. Highly recommend! 」

「The bathroom facilities were very good but I found that the bath was very slippery and quite dangerous when you had to walk to the other end to have a shower. I also had a bit of trouble getting out of the bath after shower as you had to walk to the opposite end again and it was even more slippery having to stand on one leg to get over the edge of the bath which was quite wide. I mentioned this to reception and suggested some sort of anti-slip bathmat be available for older customers...
