「As a first impression. Our booking was cancelled 3days before our arrival by the hotel. I only learned this because I wanted to check the check in policy. I chose the option to pay at the hotel, however I never at any stage of the booking process was asked to provide any bank details. Hence I was surprised when querying the cancellation with hotels.com I was told that the hotel had withdrawn my reservation due to failing taking payment. Without any notification was this done. I would recommend...

「The staff was very polite and well trained, except for one waitress at the main dining room who greeted us as we'd been children (sziasztok) despite being an adult couple in their early 30's, it's just unacceptable to me regardless of how young / old we are.
