However somewhat let down by inconsistent service (every day something different was missing from the room), treatment cancelled at last minute at the spa and a disappointing breakfast for the price (limited fruit choice & the cook didn’t know how to cook an omelette!). The outside space is also disappointing. The hotel is built over a shopping centre and the outside space is not very pleasant."
