「This resort is amazing and I wish I was back there now. We only stayed here 2 nights of our 8 night stay in Costa Rica, but it was our favorite. Our room was quite spacious and I honestly enjoyed that style although some Complained a waste of Space. We also had a daily inclusive access to a hot spring 0.7 miles away. 「This property is stunning. I’ve been to La Fortuna before but this blue me away. From the moment I stepped on the grounds to the moment I left the staff were so amazing. So sweet and kind and hardworking. They really care about customer satisfaction here. I had the prior year stayed at a 4 star resort called the Royal Corin, my experience there was horrible but I fell in love with the town. I came back and stayed here and what I experienced can’t be put in stars. It’s what you are looking for....

「Beautiful landscape, lots of wildlife (monkeys & iguanas), annd air conditioned rooms. Felt like a little resort. Having a refrigerator in the room was nice. The room was really small but we weren’t there so it’s ok. There was no hot water in the shower. The family who owns it was REALLY nice and friendly. Free breakfast outside by a little creek was really beautiful. I would stay there again!」

「首先，网上说的很吵闹并不觉得，可能是我拿到了一个二楼的房间（15）。wifi信号别的地方不错，这15房间里挺差劲的。另外，他并不提供牙刷牙膏。总体上来说不错，旅游区嘛价格也不是离谱。另外二楼阳台的景色不错，日落的时候等天气凉快一点，可以坐在沙发上看太阳从火山边上落下来，除了面前有几根电线挡住了视线。」

「酒店工作人员非常友好，尤其是前台姑娘给了我们很多旅行建议和帮助。但内部设施和管理的确不敢恭维，check in时间是下午两点，但我们到达后却说保洁人员还没来打扫，一直等到下午三点多才入住，而入住后我发现保洁只整理了床铺，洗手间地面甚至还有废纸，洗手池下方也漏水严重，地面很多积水。尤其无法忍受的是第一晚房间没有任何毛巾，前台说就是没毛巾的，我们只好在附近买了一条，结果第二天打扫房间后又提供了很多条毛巾。酒店地理位置不错，但如果是像我们一样自驾游的游客真的没必要选择这里。」
