「The option to ski in and out of this location was perfect. The residence was quiet. Staff was frindly and helpful. The lobby could use an upgrade of its furniture. It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking. Bring soap, condiments, toilet paper, tea and coffee as these are not supplied. We had a minor issue with the fuse in our apartment but the...

「Lovely hotel and deluxe room was spacious. We went for half board but it only offers two sittings which we didn’t know when booking. We couldn’t get the early sitting on three nights so had option of either eating at 8.45pm which is too late after a long day’s skiing or having to pay to eat out which is what we went for when we couldn’t wait. Such a shame as otherwise the hotel would be great. Bed and breakfast would therefore be much better. Staff were very helpful but if you need to buy ski...

Excellent modern hotel with impeccable service

"This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Le Lac looking for a well pampered ski holiday. "
