「I was excited about this particular booking because it was lake-front accommodation. This was our first time not expecting no receptionist in premise. We arrived at 1730 & check-in time is 1400. My husband text, email, phoned 4-5 times each of the action. The response was 2 hr later at 1900 but the receptionist hunged up or just a bad connection. We stayed for 30 min at premise, tired & hungry. We drove & checked in at the nearby hotel which was a great disadvantage to us for the price is...

「Struttura moderna, sicuramente ristrutturata da poco. Si trova sulla statale quindi un pò distante dal centro. Il vantaggio è che c'è un ampio parcheggio interno, cosa impossibile da trovare negli appartamenti del centro città. La nostra stanza era mansardata, non dotata di balcone, ma comunque spaziosa e confortevole.」

「If you want a very local-feeling hotel, this fits the bill. Beach area is concrete w/lounge chairs. Check-in person was very gracious but evening person was the opposite. We needed extra towels because shower had created wet mess in bathroom — told that would cost extra. (The manager did finally approve replacement dry towels). Room view was outstanding, breakfast buffet was sufficient. Bars of soap smallest possible. Surprised it is 4 stars; more like 3.」
