「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the walls are paper thin so you hear everything in the surrounding rooms. Also the AC made a weird noise that sounded like someone spraying a water hose on the window. The beds were very comfortable and we felt safe. I appreciate that they accommodated our request of a first floor room since we were 2 disabled women and a disabled child heading home from advocating for people with rare diseases in Washington DC. My only complaint was breakfast. It was subpar, minimal choices and several things were gone and had not been replenished. 」
