「We werent expecting an accessible shower but expedia had allocated one to us. Also we had booked 2 rooms through expedia but instructions only came through for one. We phoned the hotel directly & they were fantastic, sorting it out very quickly. I'll think twice about booking through a third party provider in future.」

「Not a hotel. This just a room above some businesses.the room was big and comfortable. Getting the code for the door it was tricky, but it was due to changing phone sim cards. We were in downtown Londonderry close to everything. Parking was an issue. Overall a great place would recommend. 」
