On the positive side, it's great that you enjoyed the indoor pool, spa, valley view room, and the cleanliness of your room upon check-in. Plus, seeing kangaroos at your doorstep must have been quite an experience! On the flip side, it's understandable that issues like the receptionist being occupied with a phone call, lack of included housekeeping, non-operational internal restaurant, poor internet in the room, expensive massage...
