「Although the location isn’t close to Time Square but it is very close to the subway and many other sightseeing destinations such as the Trump Tower, the Museum of Modern Art, the Central Park, St. Thomas Church, St. Patrick Cathedral and the Grand Central Terminal, etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who not only want a comfortable sleep but also with a helpful and extra nice front desk service experience. 」

「I love this hotel--the staff is professional and friendly and responsive, and the location is great. This time, though, it was really cold in NY, and the heater was hard to set. The hotel sent an engineer to address the issue--worked--but he had to come back the next day. Still--I will stay again.」
