「Overall very happy with the room and the stay. The bathroom being separate from the room the towels would be better left in there. Bed was comfortable however the bed moves if you’re resting against the headboard which is attached to wall and not bed. The shower head needs to be attached to the wall as there is no holder to use it unfortunately there was a boiler in the way 」

「Nice place, nice staff, room was nice with breakfast cereals and milk, water and squash. My only issue was the radiator didn’t come on and it was quite cold in the room and a generator or something similar kept kicking in on a regular basis the whole time, right outside and it was loud. But I would stay there again.」

「This is a lovely boutique hotel with quirky rooms and decor situated in a lovely little town with some lovely little shops and cafes . We especially loved Gail’s bakery ! The staff were very friendly and helpful but be Prepared for loud music and parties into the early hours as it’s a popular weekend and Christmas venue ! Would definitely stay there again ! 」

「Another great stay! Lovely room. Breakfast always wonderful. We also had lunch which was really good. The place and the staff never disappoint. We didnt catch the name of the lovely waitress who served us brekfast and lunch but she was very efficient and professional. We visited the spa twice which is always great - must try and book in the summer when we can sit in the gardens.」
