「Restaurant was closed throughout, so manager gave us free breakfast every day - excellent customer service. Hotel well located for bus stops and train station. Friendly staff. Only criticism is allowing smokers to cluster outside the front door - gives a very bad impression, and floor is strewn with cigarette butts.」

「I llke staying at this hotel as it very quiet and not over crowded like the London Road branch. I was fined £60 at the London Road branch for just enquiring if they had a room that evening which they had'nt so I will never stay there again Regards Peter C. Locke」

「It was our 2nd time at the hotel . This time we brought two friends for a long weekend. We paid extra for half board . The food is always 10/10 . Choices are excellent. Breakfast is always excellent. Swimming pool, jacuzzi was amazing , came out totally relaxed . Staff are amazing, super helpful and always happy 10/10 . We stayed In a garden room . Everything you need is there in the room . 10/10 ( I would ask for more milk for coffee though ran out ) . We plan on going back in May for along...

「Excellent stay..friendly welcome & most professional service. Lovely 'Large Superior" room and a quality but somewhat pricey dinner. Log fires in the lounges and surrounded by beautiful & historic art and furniture. Would highly recommend fot a short Winter break.」

「I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got.」
