格拉茨歷史名勝飯店，旅行前必看！

「位置很好，离城堡山和军械库都近，房间比较大，有点旧了，还可以，不过没有电热壶，去前台要，当时做了一壶水，然后给灌了一个热水瓶。早餐不错，整体性价比高。」

「吹風機壞了，房間的暖氣也沒作用，煮熱水的水壺也漏水…… 第二天早上整理房間，我們還沒出門（我們住兩晚），清潔人員敲門沒等我們回應，馬上開啟房門進來要清潔，這動作讓我們很錯愕，是否該等房客回應再開門呢？實在有待改進! 不然，飯店地點是不錯，下樓就是熱鬧的老城區!」

「隔音效果差、服務態度不佳、入住時告知我因我預約時所留的信用卡有問題要我當場用刷卡機結帳、退房時又告訴我入住當天刷的卡只有授權要我在刷一次、因我有收到信用卡銀行通知付款的簡訊、所以我堅持不再刷第二次、但飯店要我簽一張付款同意書才讓我離開。」

「十二点多Check in 时，前台告诉我下午三点才可以入住。我说我一点钟有研讨会，需要take a shower and get dressed, 酒店就说帮我看看有没有cleaned room. 幸好有一间。早餐服务很好，宾至如归的感觉。」
