「The condo had some issues. The front door gap between the lock and door frame is terrible. Thats a security issue. The towel rack in the shower is damaged, proposing an injury risk. The cleanliness of the exterior of the front door is terrible. Fire extinguisher was under the sink and not in the closet that was labeled extinguisher inside, OSHA risk! Lack of communication. Some switches on walls do not control anything. The front door lock gap issue and the damaged towel rack is a main concern,...

「Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. 」

「Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. 」

「Unit was adorable, comfortable and extremely clean and maintained. Text communication with host was immediate. Housekeeping was able to make adjustments and we were able to check in early. Easy quick walk to the beach. Parking right in front of unit. Highly recommend for a family.」

「Its was nice」

「Very beautiful home but many, many stairs (which helped spread out the family at night, but limited use for some family that could not use the stairs easily). Very convenient location- with great pizzeria and other shops RIGHT next door and beach access across the street. Mild A/ C problem was addressed right away (the day after a hurricane passed the area). There was no iron (which we needed).」
