My family and I have known the Canarius hotel for some time, and we clearly noticed the need for immediate repair in several areas, including the playground. The services, food, and the farm remain the highlights of the hotel, especially if there are children in the family. On the other hand, the bathrooms, the air conditioning in the rooms, the outdoor playground, and the indoor play area urgently need maintenance. I believe that the management needs to take these details seriously because, for a countryside hotel of Canarius’ caliber to stay competitive, the details definitely make all the difference.

Excelente estada. Hotel amplo, grande area de piscina, a delas sendo aquecida. Recreadores com atividades para crianças. O hotel tambem possui uma fazendinha, na qual tem varios tipos de interação para a criançada, inclusive pescaria. Alimentarão boa. Limpeza boa.

O hotel tem potencial para ser excelente, mas peca em pontos fundamentais: manutenção, limpeza e qualidade do serviço. As instalações são boas, mas o quarto em que me hospedei estava mal conservado — o banheiro apresentava mofo, havia cabelos grudados na parede, as toalhas eram antigas, a colcha estava puída e não havia shampoo disponível, apenas sabonete. A limpeza geral deixou a desejar. Em uma das arrumações, o banheiro foi deixado molhado. Além disso, uma bandeja com restos de refeição foi deixada no corredor na minha primeira noite e permaneceu ali até o dia da minha partida, mesmo após eu ter solicitado à recepção que fosse retirada. Outro ponto negativo é a ausência de amenidades no quarto, algo que se espera de um hotel que cobra uma diária tão alta. O valor não condiz com a experiência oferecida, que ficou muito aquém do mínimo esperado para a categoria do estabelecimento. Acrescento que sequer havia lixeiras no quarto. A única era o lixinho do banheiro. Em resumo, a hospedagem decepcionou por falhas que poderiam ser facilmente evitadas com mais cuidado, organização e atenção aos detalhes.
