「Great pub and loved the room look… bed needs to be replaced … springs poking through made it tough to sleep」

A few drawbacks though for a Hotel with this many stars no bottled water in the room and the rooms were quite cool 」

「The staff are friendly but I had an issue with the shower being lukewarm to cold which was very disappointing when you stay at a hotel. I didn’t have a shower because the water was not warm enough. The food is good. On my previous stay the shower was just fine but at this time wasn’t and they didn’t offer to change rooms as they didn’t rectify the problem. 」
