I paid a 200 /- fee via a 3rd party booking site, and upon arrival, was tomd "Oh, thats just a deposit" I owed over 600! I was LIVID! The best solution I was offered by the Manager? "Don't book off of 3rd parties sites"

This weekend booking hotels with Expedia has been a nightmare I don’t think it will be booking through here anymore. Checking into the grand forks lodge took 20 minutes waiting on someone to come to the front desk. Again we booked expecting a clean and nice room and it’s gross. The blanket that was in the room for the twin bed was shoved in the drawer so it’s clearly not clean, the pull out beds gross. There is nasty stuff all over the bathroom door the toilet is gross. I am so frustrated.

Upon Check in we weren't even greeted until we arrived at the desk and said "hello, how are you" and then she responded. We had a king size bed in our room with 4 pillows the size of cotton balls. Either needed larger pillows or more pillows. The hot tub area looked like it needed a good scrub. Breakfast area was really large, but selection of food was limited.
