「I'd give this place a solid "OK." Although sufficiently clean for our brief overnight stay, the condition of the room (furniture damaged, bathroom tile with large gaps where the grout should have been, toilet seat degrading) needed some definite attention. It was nice to have two sinks in the room (one in the bathroom, one in the main room.) Front desk help was friendly. Breakfast was good enough to get a family with teenagers on to our next stop. Would we choose this again on a next trip? Eh,...

「The room was pleasantly comfortable! We had 2 large dogs with us and never felt crowded at all. The pet fee was also reasonable and our check in was super easy. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was a double queen room so an extra soap and shampoo in the room would've been helpful. No coffee maker but that wasn't a big deal. When our take out supper didn't come with eating utisels, the lady up front happily provided some for us.This definitely made our favorites list.」

「The inn was so unique and had such amazing history. Frank was the sweetest and so nice about us coming in later. When we came he showed us around and told us all about Smithville’s history and some of the artifacts there. Can’t wait to come again! 」

「The suite is very convenient, clean towels. The room needs some maintenance, such as one side of the trim panel above the curtain is peeling off 1 inch, the location of the hotel is very good, it is very close to the airport, the swimming pool is closed in winter, and the gym is not found, the room There is no hair dryer.
