「Very helpful and professional staff. Very nice outside breakfast area, nice and clean room with good view, quiet location (you can even hear bird song), relaxed atmosphere, a few km from central Ooty. Small hotel in decent condition, offers tours and more to surroundings」

「Good food, friendly staff. B-wing of the hotel is very old. You have to change elevators and walk long corridors to access this side. 」

「When I checked in the room had prior guest’s trash and the bed and bathroom smelled terrible. The couch had blood stains. Gave my laundry to be cleaned and it came back stinking like urine. The food was also bad.」

「First of all, this is not a hotel. It is a shared accommodation with independent bathrooms in each room. The rooms are very small and not clean. Washrooms were stinking and when we asked for proper cleaning, we were provided with room spray. Lot of flies in the rooms co-living with you. Kettle was not working and we even had power issues where the power sockets were not working for multiple hours. Food (breakfast) was too good and the service was nice.
