「Overall a very good and convenient hotel in Ayase! Lots of restaurants and stores around, really closed to Ayase station, and the living conditions are comfortable. Would be better if a clearer instruction can be provided regarding how to access the service counter, which is on the 2/F. And the fact that a curtain can be added between the bath tub and washroom area, so that water can be separated from the washroom, and it can be used by two people at the same time.」

「The location is very convenient with lots of places to eat and shop. We checked in on Feb 15, 2024 and met a male staff member from Taiwan who was very helpful in solving our problems. We checked out on Feb 20, 2024 and left our luggage at the hotel and when we were scheduled to pick it up they had it ready and waiting for us on the roof. They took care of all the details. Our room was on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the SKYTREE and the Sumida River. Other than the pillows being too...
